- Certified erasure technology: We use PhoneCheck (for iOS devices) and MacCheck (for macOS devices), the industry-leading diagnostic and erasure platforms for Apple devices.
- Comprehensive diagnostics: PhoneCheck performs an 80-point diagnostic test on every device, verifying authenticity, detecting locks and issues, and executing complete, irreversible data erasure.
- Device-level documentation: You receive detailed audit reports for every device by serial number, showing diagnostic results, erasure completion status, erasure date and timestamp, and device condition and grading.
3.3 Compliance Standards
Our data erasure process meets or exceeds the requirements of NIST 800-88 guidelines, HIPAA (for healthcare organizations), and FERPA (for educational institutions). We provide documentation suitable for compliance audits and internal records.
