We build a branded online store for your organization with available devices and pricing. Your community, your branding.

You share the sale with your community through newsletters, social media, PTA meetings—whatever works for you. We provide marketing templates to make it easy.

4. Sale Window

Your community shops using their unique access code. We handle all transactions, customer service, and fulfillment—including complimentary chargers and cables with every purchase.

5. Shared Revenue

You receive your percentage of total sales as additional budget. Spend it however you see fit.

Who can participate in a Community Sale?

Community Sales are an exclusive perk for our partners. Access is limited to your community—students, staff, families, alumni, and other members—through unique promo codes. It’s not a public sale, which keeps it feeling special and ensures the benefit stays within your community.

Significantly below retail. These are pre-owned devices that have been professionally refurbished and thoroughly tested. The exact savings depend on the device model and condition, but we’re talking about price points that make quality Apple technology actually affordable for families who might not otherwise have access.

Every device purchased through a Community Sale comes with a complimentary charger and cable, is expertly refurbished and thoroughly tested, ships within 2 days via express shipping, and requires a signature for secure delivery. We want your community’s experience to reflect well on both of us.

Not much at all. We handle the storefront setup, inventory management, transaction processing, customer service, and fulfillment. Your role is primarily promotional—getting the word out to your community. Most organizations assign one person as the point of contact, but the lift is minimal. This isn’t another major initiative for your already-stretched team.

Not exclusively. While some may be from your refresh, the devices come from the broader pool of pre-owned Apple equipment we process—which means your community gets access to a wider range of models, generations, and price points than your refresh alone would offer.
